Nature of Engagement
Authority Equity AI (the "Consultant") provides Institutional Narrative Architecture, Sovereign Positioning, and Forensic Authority Audits designed to bridge the Verification Gap for Real Estate Principals. By initiating an "Authority Audit" or engaging in our Tier-1 or Tier-2 governance frameworks, you agree to these Master Terms.
Authority Equity AI operates as a strategic brand infrastructure firm. We are not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Broker-Dealer, or Legal Counsel. All final investment decisions, jurisdictional filings, and regulatory compliance remain the sole responsibility of the Principal.
Proprietary Logic & Intellectual Property
All frameworks, including The Invisibility Tax™, The Authority Equity Index™, and Narrative Architecture™ methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Authority Equity AI. Principals are granted a non-transferable, sovereign license for personal professional use during the term of the mandate.
Performance & Signal Fidelity
In the high-velocity environment of 2026 capital markets, we focus on Signal Fidelity. While our protocols are engineered to maximize institutional trust, the Consultant makes no express guarantee of financial returns or capital closes. Market volatility and the Principal’s underlying track record are external variables governed by global macro-forces.
Financial Governance
Retainers for Institutional Governance and Sovereign Foundations are billed in advance. Due to the intensive deployment of the Lead Architect’s 20-year proprietary intelligence, all fees are non-refundable. Engagement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
Global Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through peer-to-peer consultation shall be submitted to Private International Arbitration, ensuring maximum confidentiality and discretion for the Sovereign Principal, regardless of their primary market hub.
